Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the stories
and accounts of the Polish Underground Army during the Polish Uprising
in World War II. Over half the Underground Army were Polish women. After
the uprising failed through lack of support from the Allied Forces, the
women were taken to a German prisioner of war camp in Northern Germany
near the town of Oberlangen.
