Netscape Navigator Setup

	To make this page your browser's starting page, open Netscape. When in Netscape, go to the menu labeled "Edit". When in here select "Preferences", like in the image.
When the "Preferences" window is opened, select "Navigator" and where it says "Location"type the URL "http://www.mefford.org/david/quotes.shtml". Hit the "OK" button. It should now be the first page to load when you open your browser. You can also use the toolbar button "Home" to open the page when on another page.
